☑️🎤 Hanna Strzałkowska. Certified DMT psychotherapist, specializing in dance and movement therapy as well as somatic psychotherapy. In her work, she combines the levels of thought, emotion, and body, allowing for deep integration of experiences. Her workshops offer a space for authentic contact with oneself, developing body and emotional awareness, and regaining inner balance.
☑️🎤 Fr. Dr. Krzysztof Naczk. Doctor of moral theology, psychologist, and psychotherapist. He has extensive experience in working with trauma and stress, using innovative therapeutic methods such as Somatic Experiencing®. His passion is combining spirituality with psychology, which makes his workshops full of depth and insightful reflections.
☑️🎤 Fr. Dr. Marcin Kłosowski. Psychologist, psychotherapist, assistant in the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. His interests concern the relationships between personality disorders and personality traits and metatraits, attachment theory, psychodynamic and systemic approaches, as well as the relationships between psychology and psychopathology and spirituality.

🕓 16:00 – 17:00 'Self-acceptance in the process of building inner integration' (online)
The workshop with Fr. Krzysztof Naczk will help understand how self-acceptance affects inner integration. You will learn how to discover obstacles that hinder authentic self-perception and how to create an integrated image of your 'Self' that supports mental health.
🕕 18:00 – 19:30 'Mindfulness – the basic form of contact with your true Self' (in-person)
Stop for a moment and learn how the practice of mindfulness can help regain harmony with yourself. Discover how to stop the daily rush to establish a deeper connection with your body, emotions, and the surrounding world.

🕘 09:00 – 10:30 'Deep prayer and Mindfulness Training' (online)
Discover how deep prayer can harmonize with mindfulness training to enable spiritual and emotional growth. The workshop shows how these two techniques can collaborate in the process of inner healing and discovering the authentic 'Self'.
🕚 11:00 – 13:00 'The body as an ally - about regulation and resources in the body' (in-person)
Hanna Strzałkowska's workshop is an intensive practical session where participants will experience how important body awareness is for mental health. Discover body work techniques that can help regulate the nervous system, strengthen internal resources, and build a sense of safety and comfort.
🕜 13:30 – 15:00 'How to love emotions with body, mind, and spirit?' (in-person)
During this workshop, Fr. Marcin Kłosowski invites you to discover how each emotion can be an ally in the process of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Learn how to love all emotions and integrate them into your daily life to live life to the fullest.
🕓 16:00 – 17:30 'Trauma and difficult experiences – how to cope with them?' (online)
Fr. Krzysztof Naczk's workshop will focus on techniques for coping with trauma and difficult experiences. Learn how to recognize the symptoms of trauma, understand their impact on the body and mind, and discover how to find a path to inner healing.
