The event is organized by the Cultural Centre of the Wesoła District of the Capital City of Warsaw.
A concert commemorating the 90th anniversary of Anna German's birth — full of emotion, reflection and unforgettable music that moves the heart. We invite you to a special event dedicated to the work of an artist with an extraordinary voice and sensitivity that delights successive generations of listeners.
During the evening you will hear songs about love and longing, about the beauty of nature and the power of dreams, about emotions that warm the heart, and about moments that invite reflection. It is a remarkable journey through the world of the composer's melodies.
The concert program was inspired by the unique sheet music collection "The Enchanted Circle" published in 1971, containing Anna German's compositions to texts by Alina Nowak. During the concert illustrations conveying the mood and theme of each song will be displayed, as well as portraits of the artist painted by creators from around the world, taken from an album published in Israel in 2018, given to Natalia Kovalenko by the author Lidia Koifman.
The concert will be hosted by Laura Łącz.
