Author & Punisher will play in Kraków as part of a co-headline tour with Fange! Tristan Shone, one of the most creative metal visionaries, will perform on April 21 at Hype Park with the rising French stars of industrial metal.

Author & Punisher – despite a consistent industrial and drone root, audible for example on the latest album “Nocturnal Birding” – has worn many masks. For example on “Drone Machines” he moved toward power noise, while on “Krüller” he incorporated elements of grunge and alt-rock. A chameleon-like artist, reliable in every role.

On the album “Purulences” they have a song “Juste cruel”, which loosely translates as simply cruel. Sonically they mix cruelty with precision and brutality. It’s an industrial-sludge-death metal machine without any scratches.
