Miasto Jest Nasze, Salto bar, and the District Office invite you to another neighborhood garage sale, which will take place on Saturday, 13.09.2025, in Sady Żoliborskie park near Salto bar and will last from 11:30 to 16:30. 🛍️ If you have unnecessary items lying around at home, give them a second life! Bring clothes, books, posters, records, toys, or ceramics and set up your own stalls at the Sale! ⚠️ Attention: The number of spots for exhibitors is limited! Participation rules: - Participation in the sale is free for buyers. - Those who wish to exhibit their items are required to fill out a registration form, which includes: - Name, surname, and phone number of the exhibitor (24 hours before the Garage Sale, we will send an SMS asking for confirmation of participation). - Confirmation of the entry fee payment (in the form of a minimum donation of 10 PLN to a chosen organization caring for animal welfare), which entitles you to a 20% discount at Salto bar during the sale. - Information about acceptance of the Sale regulations. 📜 Garage Sale Regulations Salto x MJN: 1. The Garage Sale will take place on 13.09.2025 from 11:30 to 16:30 in Sady Żoliborskie Park and is organized by Miasto Jest Nasze, Salto bar, and the Żoliborz District Office. 2. Participation in the Sale is free for buyers. 3. To participate in the Garage Sale as an Exhibitor, you must: - Accept the terms of the regulations. - Pay an entry fee of at least 10 PLN as a donation to any initiative supporting animal welfare. - Confirm attendance via SMS 24 hours before the Garage Sale. Organizers will contact exhibitors before the Sale using the phone number provided in the registration to confirm participation. 4. Exhibitor registrations will be accepted until 11.09.2025. This deadline may be extended if the pool of exhibition spots is not exhausted. 5. Exhibitors must be adults. Minors who wish to participate in the Garage Sale as Exhibitors must be accompanied by an adult or receive written parental consent to conduct sales. 6. Exhibitors are required to arrive at the Sale location between 11:00 and 11:20 to prepare their stalls and clean up their stalls by 17:00. 7. Exhibitors are obliged to care for the greenery and leave the area tidy. 8. Exhibitors must provide accurate personal information. 9. Personal data provided by the Exhibitor in the registration will only be used for organizational purposes to contact the Exhibitor. 10. By accepting the regulations, the Exhibitor agrees to the publication of photos from the Garage Sale on social media, which may include their image. 11. Exhibitors have the right to resell their own new or used items as private individuals, not as business entities. 12. The sale of items from illegal sources or those requiring special permits (e.g., food, tobacco, alcohol, weapons) is prohibited. 13. Organizers do not provide any exhibition aids (e.g., shelves, hangers, etc.). Exhibitors must arrange these on their own. 14. Organizers provide exhibition space and a 20% discount at Salto bar for all menu items as part of the entry fee. 15. Organizers are not responsible for transactions made during the Garage Sale. 16. The number of exhibition spots is limited. Organizers reserve the right to refuse registration due to a lack of exhibition spots. 17. Organizers reserve the right to remove from the Garage Sale any person who violates the above regulations. 18.
