I invite you to a unique concert featuring Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls and Gongs. With great joy I open for you the Garden of Harmony space in Kraków (orange room) – a place conducive to quieting down, regeneration and inner meeting with yourself.
Imagine lying in the bosom of nature while warm rays of sun gently touch your face. The sound of high-energy instruments will transport you there – to your safe, peaceful space. In a meditative immersion you will set off on a journey beyond the mind – into experience. Into a space of discovering your tenderness, inner radiance and the miracle that you are.
What can you experience? During the concert you will enter a state of deep relaxation through conscious, natural breath and attentive sensing of bodily sensations. Energy that was previously used to block difficult psychological contents will begin to release. In its place will appear:
The sounds of the gong and bowls act on the body at a cellular level, comparable to a subtle, vibrating massage. They support the nervous system, help regulate tensions and promote the release of endorphins – hormones of well‑being.

The concert is led by: Anuta OdNowa – sound therapist. Her adventure with sound began in 2020. She completed numerous courses in playing Tibetan Bowls, Gongs and Tuning Forks, as well as training in the use of vibroacoustic instruments in therapy, rehabilitation and prevention for children, adolescents and adults.
