Calligraphy Workshops

About the event

I warmly invite you to another calligraphy workshop, during which we will explore the secrets of the art of beautiful writing. During the classes, we will learn to use traditional tools: a penholder and a nib dipped in ink, discover the basic principles of letter construction, and learn how to avoid mistakes and practice effectively. The workshops are open to everyone. I invite beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants. Due to the intimate nature of the classes, each participant is treated individually. The following scripts are available to choose from: - English cursive - Italic - Roundhand - Italian Bastarda - Business writing - Spencerian script - Foundational hand - Humanist script - Italian cursive - Elementary letter by B.T. Wocalewski from the early 20th century - Elementary letter by Ewa Landowska (especially for parents who want to teach their children this script) All necessary materials will be prepared for the classes.
