    About the event

You are invited to a unique place housing the largest collection of the Museum of Warsaw. Built for over seventy years through purchases and donations, it includes documentary photographs, family keepsakes and artistic works that reveal the ever-changing face of the city.

The Photography Cabinet is a visual story of Warsaw and its inhabitants – from the 19th century to the present day – seen through the eyes of both professional photographers and passionate amateurs.

The curators of the Photography Cabinet will guide the exhibition, share the behind-the-scenes story of how the collection was formed and reveal the most interesting stories behind the displayed photographs. You are welcome!
