"Tracking the Lights of the North" - Dobrochna "DobrymOkiem" Frąc

This will be a journey to a magical land where night shimmers with colors and day sinks into darkness. During this meeting we will feel the northern wind and together hunt for a phenomenon that — although explained scientifically — resembles scenes from polar fairy tales. It’s time to become Aurora Hunters!

I invite you on an expedition 350 km beyond the Arctic Circle, where at the Gates of the Arctic we will capture the colors of the northern lights. During the meeting I will talk about this extraordinary phenomenon, suggest how to prepare for such a trip and when it’s best to set out. You will also learn how to photograph the aurora and why you don’t need advanced equipment to do it. We will discover who the northern lights are really for.

I will share emotions, photos and stories straight from beyond the polar circle. We will stand together in the middle of a frozen lake to admire, in a frosty polar night, the most beautiful spectacle that lights up the sky. You will see that winter is the greenest season of the year!
