TOUCH WHERE THE SHAME IS Agata Zbylut 📅 September 2 – September 21, 2025 Curator: Ania Muszyńska Program Gallery | PSW Foundation for the Promotion of Contemporary Art 📍 Andersa 13, Warsaw 🎉 EXHIBITION OPENING: September 2 at 6:00 PM We invite you to the exhibition by Agata Zbylut titled TOUCH WHERE THE SHAME IS, running from September 2 – September 21, 2025, at Program Gallery | PSW Foundation for the Promotion of Contemporary Art in Warsaw at Andersa 13. The exhibition is curated by Ania Muszyńska. The exhibition TOUCH WHERE THE SHAME IS showcases photographs from the series of the same title, created during the artist's residency last year at the Center for Creative Activity in Ustka. For the project, Agata Zbylut spontaneously involved individuals who were also present at the seaside resort at the time, namely Bogusław Bachorczyk and Wojciech Gilewicz. Their bodies, along with the artist's, appear in front of the camera. During the photo sessions, she also received assistance from Krzysztof Tomasik and Paweł Woźniak, who helped her capture the shots using a medium-format Mamiya RB 67 camera. The project has only been exhibited once before, in post-residency conditions, at the exhibition concluding her stay in Ustka. At that time, Agata Zbylut presented all the works created and the narratives woven around fur and the personal stories of the artistic individuals captured in the photographs. Ania Muszyńska, the exhibition's curator, made a selection that includes less obvious shots, emphasizing hidden meanings and instincts. The prints displayed at the Program Gallery exhibition were created this year specifically for the event – on matte ILFORD baryta paper in a format of 30.5x40.6cm. For their production, Zbylut enlisted the help of Mr. Czesław Cekała, whom she also met during her residency while seeking advice on working with analog photography. Exhibition hours: - Wed - Fri: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Saturdays: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Graphic design: Weronika Kocewiak
