📝 Participation and registration conditions:
Fill out the entry form and send it by email to: turniejemstudio@gmail.com by 23.01.2026. In the subject: “Registration for eM Studio Dance Tournament 08.02.2026”. Please attach proof of payment of the entry fee.
💰 Fees:
- 60 PLN per person for each competition (until 23.01.2026).
- After the deadline the fee increases to 70 PLN per person.

In the payment title please write the participants’ names / formation name and the age and dance categories.
Registrations are confirmed after payment of the entry fee. If there are too many participants, the order of applications decides.
Note: Entry fees are accepted until 23.01.2026. Lack of payment by this date causes an increase in cost. The organizer reserves the right to remove a person from the participant list on the day of the competition if the entry fee has not been paid.
Note: mini formations = 3–7 people; formations = 8–25 people. The assignment to an age category in a formation is decided by the average age; in a duet by the age of the older dancer.
Course of the tournament and music:
In the Street Dance category (solo and duets) there will be comparative rounds; in this category participants perform to organizer-provided music (titles given on the event page and on Facebook).
In Jazz/Modern eliminations to organizer music; finalists perform to their own music (own music delivered to the sound engineer in advance).
🎵 Music:
Music should be sent by email to turniejemstudio@gmail.com no later than 31.01.2026 (in finals) or at most 5 days before the event according to technical information. Music should be in mp3 format and labeled: name/s of participant/formation, dance category and age. We recommend having a copy on a flash drive on the day of the tournament; the media should be given to the sound staff no later than half an hour before the performance.
Time limits for performances:
Solo and duets: up to 1 minute
Mini formations: up to 2 min 30 sec.
Formations: up to 4 minutes
(Note: no possibility to extend time; the sound engineer may mute the music if time is exceeded.)
Technical data:
Stage dimensions: 10 m × 12 m
Every participant performs with the same stage lighting.
Schedule:
The Tournament Schedule will be published on the Modern Dance Tournament Facebook profile by 03.02.2026, by 24:00.
General information and regulations:
The tournament is open to clubs not affiliated and affiliated with Polish dance organizations.
Participants arrive and insure themselves at their own expense; accreditation, accommodation and meal costs are covered by participants and delegating institutions.
In case of resignation the organizer does not refund the entry fee.
The representative of a solo/duet/mini formation/formation should confirm readiness to participate at least half an hour before the performance (lack of confirmation may result in disqualification).
Only participants who have paid the entry fee receive start numbers and may participate.
The organizer reserves the right to film and photograph choreographies and to use these materials later.
Every participant must have a valid identity document.
The delegating unit must provide supervision for their wards.
The organizer is not responsible for items left on the premises; medical service is provided on site.
