After purchasing a ticket, it cannot be refunded, but you can change the name or transfer the ticket to the next year. To change data or transfer, contact us via the @abradreamflow fanpage on Facebook or Instagram, or by email: info@feeltheholiday.pl, providing the new participant's details if transferring the ticket to another person. 💸 Data change cost: 40 PLN, ticket payment is settled between you. 💸 Ticket transfer cost: 40 PLN or 60 PLN (after January 29, 2026). You will receive a link for online payment from us. 📅 UNTIL WEDNESDAY 04.02.2026 you can transfer your ticket to ANOTHER PERSON of the same gender (or different with organizer's consent) to maintain festival proportions. 📅 UNTIL WEDNESDAY 04.02.2026 you can also transfer your ticket to NEXT YEAR. The price of such a transfer depends on the date (40 PLN, or 60 PLN a week before the event). After 04.02.2026, transferring or changing the ticket may be impossible for logistical reasons (we may already be operating directly at the event). If you have any questions - we are here Kisses!
