    O wydarzeniu

📅 On March 8 at 7:00 PM we invite you to a musical journey tracing the footsteps of two great stage figures – the world-famous Frank Sinatra and the Polish artist and legend Wojciech Młynarski.

One of them repeatedly won Oscars, Golden Globes and Grammys; the other triumphed behind the Iron Curtain both as a singer and as the author of wonderful lyrics. Despite the distance and different worlds, the two artists are connected by shared songs.

Wojciech Młynarski translated the hits of the American icon into Polish. The songs of both masters were loved by the remarkable young creator Jakub Gąsowski, who will appear on the Kalinowe Serce stage for the first time! In his recital he will sing the greatest hits of the American star both in English and in Polish, in translations by Wojciech Młynarski.

    • “Come Fly With Me”
    • “I’ve Got You Under My Skin”
    • “My Way”
    • unforgettable songs of our native master.

Jakub Gąsowski graduated from the Acting Faculty of the Theatre Academy in Warsaw. He is a theatre, television and dubbing actor, as well as a journalist.

He made his theatrical debut as a child at the Syrena Theatre in the play “Pekunia non olet”. His unruly bespectacled character provoked peals of laughter from the audience.
