Organ Mornings are encounters with classical music at the Kraków Philharmonic, aimed at audiences of all ages. It’s a unique opportunity to get close to the organ located in the very heart of the Philharmonic.
During the concerts the audience sits directly on the stage, right next to the artist, allowing them to immerse themselves in the sound of this majestic instrument. The sessions are led by the renowned organist Michał Białko, who will passionately and accessibly introduce the world of organ music — both well-known pieces and lesser-known repertoire.
In the new series “European Pipe Sounds” there will be eight mornings devoted to organ music from different eras and countries — from Germany, France and Italy, through England and Poland, culminating in a European panorama of styles. The program includes major organ works as well as curiosities and anecdotes. This is an excellent offer for schools, families, music lovers and curious listeners who want to better understand, hear and feel the power of the organ in a unique place.
