7th International Festival of Central and Eastern European Music Eufonie "Afterglows and Afterimages" 🎵 November 13 – December 7, 2025 We invite you to the concert "Fratres: Parać / Pärt / Šipuš", which will take place on November 30, 2025 at the National Philharmonic as part of the 7th Eufonie Festival. Amidst the noise of everyday life, new music often leans towards exploring silence, simplicity, and spiritual depth. Arvo Pärt, Frano Parać, and Berislav Šipuš create works of contemplative character, rooted in the tradition of new simplicity and new spirituality. The lyrical Dona nobis pacem by Parać, the meditative Fratres and majestic Salve Regina by Pärt, and the dramatic, polystylistic Passion by Šipuš combine a diversity of means with a universal, humanistic message. ____________________ Concert program: - Frano Parać Dona nobis pacem for mixed choir - Arvo Pärt Fratres version for cello, strings, and percussion Salve Regina version for mixed choir, strings, and celesta text: Marian antiphon - Berislav Šipuš Passion (Pasija) for soloists, narrator, mixed choir, and instrumental ensemble libretto: Berislav Šipuš ____________________ Performers: - Choir and Orchestra of Croatian Television - Tomislav Fačini – conductor - Monika Cerovčec – soprano - Martina Gojčeta Silić – mezzo-soprano - Roko Radovan – tenor - Marko Špehar – bass - Sreten Mokrović – narrator - Lana-Lucija Horvatić – cello - Mirjana Krišković – harp - Veronika Ćiković – harp - Hrvoje Sekovanić, Krunoslav Benko, Francesco Mazzoleni, Fran Krsto Šercar – percussion ____________________ 🎫 Tickets: - https://nck.bilety24.pl - and at the National Philharmonic box office. ℹ️ You can find the detailed festival program on the website of the National Centre for Culture: - https://nck.pl/projekty-kulturalne/projekty/festiwal-eufonie/program-i-bilety Organizers: National Centre for Culture, Ministry of Culture and National Heritage Patron: ORLEN Strategic partner: Totalizator Sportowy The festival is a member of the International Festivals & Events Association.
