He – a piano virtuoso, widely known as the frontman of "Philharmonia Dowcipu", improviser and perfectionist. A piano revolutionary who has been serving audiences music and laughter therapy for years. He is a laureate of three "Fryderyk" awards, "Telekamera" and "Wiktor". He performs concerts all over the world. She – a stunning Polish cellist, graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, a versatile and talented Artist who can surprise concert participants, and her stage creations are breathtaking. Founder of the legendary "Quartet Obsession" ensemble, known for concerts with Philharmonia Dowcipu. The duo invites you to a musical feast that appeals to the hearts and tastes not only of seasoned music lovers! The artists are famous for their exceptionally close contact with the Audience. At times, you may feel as if you are in a 19th-century salon, where the powerful sound of the piano blends with the romantic phrasing of the cello—or perhaps the other way around? A grand symphony orchestra, three tenors, Vivaldi and pop, romantic rapture, desperate virtuosity—all played on the keys alone and with a mischievous smile. Wherever the Maestro decides a feminine, cello phrase is needed, she appears... always in a different outfit! Waldemar Malicki's individual program intertwines Richard Wagner with themes from Forrest Gump or E.T., Giacomo Puccini with Skaldowie, Viennese waltzes with Argentine tango, all in a truly virtuosic style! From the stage, you will hear performances of, among others, Carmina Burana, Ride of the Valkyries, In the Hall of the Mountain King, Nessun dorma, or The Beautiful Cellist. Plus Piazzolla, Bach, Liszt... These are just some of the musical emotions awaiting the Audience! Concert duration: 90 minutes
