The Commission of Psychology of the PAN Branch in Kraków and the Institute of Psychology of Jagiellonian University invite you to the conference “Old Age as Viewed by Psychology. The Aging Person and Society”, which will take place at the building of the Institute of Psychology of the Jagiellonian University, ul. Ingardena 6, Kraków, under the honorary patronage of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University.
The sixth edition of the conference aims to create a space for discussion about the period of old age in the context of population aging and the challenges faced both by individuals and by entire communities. The number of older people is steadily increasing, and population aging is a global trend, which makes the topic of old age increasingly important and relevant — significant for science, social policy, practice and the everyday lives of many people.
