CIRCLE OF RELATIONSHIPS for Women and Men is: - slowFriending, people open to relationships - balance between Women and Men - mega positive energy, relaxed and safe atmosphere - relationship/communication mentoring, including NVC - learning safe intimacy - shared movement practices, dance, rituals - deep self-reflection: how I enter relationships, what I like, what I fear, learning boundaries and authenticity WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY: - For me, it's a blast! On my way home, I thought your meetings work therapeutically. They open, change, tame, correct negative beliefs, show that things can be different, and all this in a safe and joyful atmosphere! - I really liked the vibe and sense of safety you create with your presence. I was also positively surprised that there were so many men, which made me very happy - Yesterday was totally awesome! - The workshops are incredibly moving - I've been in various groups before, but I've never experienced such closeness with other people after just one meeting! And to play so freely, I usually had to build relationships for many months. - I really liked it, I came home charged with mega positive energy - It was very energetic with masculine energy - The ending was a blast. I love to dance, and seeing you do too, the idea of a dance-party at the end was out of this world. It let me leave with a huge smile. Joy at 100% - I came with a need for deep conversations and left totally satisfied in that regard (and ready for more). I felt that everyone had their space to be seen, heard, but also – just as importantly – to see and listen. - People open to change, growth (that's great and attracts me) - I really appreciate the substantive preparation of the classes - The meeting made me realize how much I have, but also discovered a new area to work on - I found myself very quickly (which doesn't come naturally to me among strangers, especially in groups). Thanks to breaking through, I meet interesting people every time. The atmosphere is great - Lots of warmth from others and hope. The exercises... I lack words to describe what I feel... - Thank you for the safety and trust I feel every time I'm in the circle. - I felt mega power, mega masculine energy, at times pleasantly overwhelming. - I have no problem with touch, but I thought I needed a bit more time to warm up since I met you all just yesterday - I've been in several therapeutic groups in my life, but this form is different and very useful for relationship issues between women and men - Movement elements, meditation, great idea. You can see you have experience leading circles and you do it with ease and heart.
