THE CATAFALQUE
Tamás Kátai’s artistic vision has long gone beyond the limits of a single genre. The project, which began as a studio endeavor, has over the past 20 years evolved into a living collective that pushes the boundaries of extreme metal and merges black metal with avant‑garde, folk and electronics. The twelfth album is bolder and references both the artist’s past and the family histories of Hungary.
BONG-RA
The Bong‑Ra project, founded in 1996 by Jason Köhnen, mixes metal and grindcore roots with explorations of doom, electronic music and jazz. In its new era Bong‑Ra performs as a trio.
