    About the event

    Kundalini Yoga for the Menopause Period – Continuing Education Course for Kundalini Yoga teachers and for every woman



    📅 April 18–19, 2026 (Saturday 10:00–17:00; Sunday 9:00–16:00)



    Course goal: Awareness, acceptance, adaptation.



    The course aims to help teachers support any woman in class who, regardless of age, is experiencing a decline in female sex hormones. A participant may be:



    • uninformed and afraid of what is happening in her body;
    • aware of what is happening (but not knowing details and reasons) and needing help and support;
    • ashamed and/or resistant to this natural life stage.


    As with pregnancy, yoga teachers should understand problems that may arise and what is recommended or contraindicated for women whose hormones are changing or have already changed. The course also aims to make teachers aware of what they can and cannot help with through yoga, and how some common practice elements can harm more than support.



    At the workshop you will learn:



    • what changes occur in a woman’s body during this time;
    • which Kundalini Yoga practices will be helpful/recommended;
    • which practices to avoid or how to modify the practice so it supports rather than exacerbates menopausal symptoms.


    All interested Kundalini Yoga instructors are invited.



    Instructor: Har Anand / Barbara Maziarska — Lead Trainer for Kundalini Yoga Level 1 and 2 courses and 21 stages of meditation; yoga therapist, healer and Sat Nam Rasayan instructor.



    💰 Investment:
    First Minute 900 PLN (course + script) — with a deposit of 300 PLN paid by February 9, 2026. After this date the standard fee is 1,000 PLN.
