Series of 3 Relaxation Concerts "Hear the Body"

We invite you to a series of 3 relaxation concerts

Listen to your body. We want to invite you to listen to the silence that resonates. To absorb sounds that release. Three meetings with what is deepest within you. Come to pause and hear yourself.

• Meeting 1 • I BREATHE •
  We will stop the rush of thoughts and focus attention on what is happening right now. Sounds will lead you to where only the present moment matters. You will find the rhythm of your breath and allow it to become an anchor in the sea of daily tasks. This is an invitation to presence – without judging, without planning.
• Meeting 2 • I FEEL •
  We will create a space to meet your own body. Resonating mantras will help you notice the great effort your hands, belly, ears, heart make every day. It will be a time to appreciate and show gratitude for this constant, quiet work. Feel every cell, every breath. Feel the life pulsing in you.
• Meeting 3 • I LET GO •
  We will look into the world of emotions. We will try to locate them in the body and understand their language. Thank them for indicating boundaries and informing about what matters. It will be a moment for gently releasing what is ready to go. That which no longer serves us. Thank and let go.

Signals sent by our bodies are often subtle. They get lost in the noise and rush of everyday life.

When we give ourselves the luxury of pausing, it is easier to enter into feeling and let our body speak.
