Open Day at the "Wygoda" Cultural Center

We warmly invite you to the Open Day at the "Wygoda" Cultural Center. During the event, you will have the opportunity to explore the artistic and educational offerings for the 2025/2026 season, sign up for selected classes, and talk with the instructors of the "Wygoda" Cultural Center. If you wish to meet with a specific instructor, please inform us in advance at tel. 22/812 06 33. Additional attractions: 🎭 12:00 PM – "Plastuś's First Day at School" – a children's play performed by the "Wariacja" Theater. 🎭 2:00 PM – Performance by the "Między nami" theater group from Serock. "Między nami" is an amateur theater group from Serock led by director and actor Maciej Dmochowski. Brief description of the performance: "Love for yesterday, for today. For tomorrow?" This is a poetic program featuring poems by Polish and international female poets. "Między nami" is a group of adult and senior amateurs that has been active for several years. Their repertoire includes plays and artistic programs such as "Star-cy" (2022), "Evening of Koszykowa Poetry," "Journey" (2023), "Between Us and Texts" (2024), "Lusia" (2025), which have been presented at the Center for Culture and Reading in Serock and during the PTAK amateur theater festival in Pułtusk (2022, 2023). They actively contribute to the local community by preparing artistic settings for events such as the inauguration of the academic year at UTW in Serock, integration events for teachers and seniors, and collaborating with day support centers and schools. The performance will also serve as an invitation to join the adult theater group, which will offer: - Literary and acting workshops for adults/seniors - Workshops for adults who want to explore literature through the lens of the stage. - We will read literary texts together – from classics to contemporary works – and work on their interpretation, diction, and stage expression. This group is a space where words come to life and literature meets acting. No experience is necessary – just openness and a willingness to explore. To sweeten the start of the new season, we will have free cotton candy and popcorn for you. Admission is free! We invite you!
