Let the fear of losing your fitness during the holidays no longer rob you of your restorative sleep! Maybe the day will come when, due to overeating and excessive celebrating, we will leave our friends behind at morning trainings... but I know one thing: it won't happen this year! When the clock strikes 9:00 AM on the Saturday before the holidays, let's all meet in the park in Jabłonna for the first run of the parkrun Grand Slam series in Jabłonna 2025/2026! The competition rules remain the same as last year, meaning we sum up the 4 best times out of 5 runs, but the most important thing is still to take part in as many events as possible. We will also do classifications for 3 runs, 2 and 1 best time.
