We invite you to a concert by an outstanding artist and remarkable young man — Janek Pentz.
Janek is an acoustic guitarist and composer, one of the most interesting exponents of the fingerstyle technique. A virtuoso who regularly shares the stage with icons of the Polish scene such as Edyta Geppert and Martyna Jakubowicz.
He has released three solo albums; the most recent, from last year, is titled "ASHES." The compositions from that album will be the main focus of the evening, with some Valentine's accents as well.
He has won many prestigious competitions — including the HASPA Guitar Cup in Hamburg — and has performed with leading music stars: Tommy Emmanuel, Andy McKee, Andrew York, Mike Dawes, Alex Misko, Daniel Cavanagh (Anathema).
In Poland he has opened concerts for, among others, Kwiat Jabłoni and other pop stars, including performances at the PGE Narodowy Stadium. He recorded guitars on the album by the duo PRO8L3M (millions of plays on Spotify).
His music is characterized by emotional landscapes, often turning into dazzling cascades of sound; he creates catchy melodies, refined forms and subtle details inspired by rock, jazz and classical music.
