He works at the Alfred Sokołowski Hospital in Wałbrzych in the neurosurgery department. Previously, for over two years, he was associated with the "Zacisze" Care and Treatment Facility in Szczawno-Zdrój, and currently also works at the ZOL in Świebodzice. Thanks to this, he knows the realities of various care environments well and can translate them into practical tips on the care and prevention of pressure ulcers. He serves as the president of the National Trade Union of Medical Caregivers and Social Assistance Workers (OZZOMiPPS). He conducts courses, workshops, and trainings both within OZZOMiPPS and in foundations and educational institutions – also in projects co-financed by the EU. The experience gained as an assistant to a person with a disability allows him to combine knowledge with a practical, empathetic approach to care.
