In addition, walking with poles allows us to naturally shed excess weight and strengthen muscles better than regular walking or even running. An undeniable advantage of our trip is the location of our hotel – we sleep in Gdańsk, about 500 m from the beach – those interested can take an evening walk to the Old Town!
