Workshop led using Bert Hellinger's constellations method
Description:
This workshop is aimed at women who want to examine needs related to masculine energy, the relationship with their father, and the influence of those relationships on current life and partnerships. The work will be conducted using systemic constellations — a tool that reveals family dynamics and leads to insight and possible change.
Bert Hellinger's systemic constellations method is based on the so‑called knowing field — through this representatives can feel and show the dynamics of the family system. Constellations allow you to see where our attention is focused, whether we are entangled in someone else's fate, and what can be completed to move forward.
Systemic constellations are not a medical procedure but a deep spiritual and emotional work. They can evoke strong emotions. The work is recommended for people who are emotionally stable and fully mentally and physically competent. People with cardiovascular or respiratory problems, tendency to fainting, etc., are asked to seriously consider participation.
Recommendation: participation can be a one‑time therapeutic experience, and for more serious issues constellations best support ongoing individual therapy.
DATE:
7 February (Saturday), 9:30 to 18:00–19:30 with a one‑hour lunch break (end time approximate).
PLACE:
Warsaw — Plac Inwalidów 10, Żoliborz, Klon room.
PRICE:
- 580 PLN — participation with your own constellation. Reservation by paying a non‑refundable deposit of 280 PLN and sending proof of transfer. The deposit is non‑refundable — please decide carefully.
- If you cancel no later than 48 hours before the workshop starts, it is possible once to transfer the deposit to another date within 3 months.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the workshop — the deposit is forfeited.
- 280 PLN — participant‑observer (without own work). For observers please pay in full before the workshop date.
Included: water, coffee, tea and cookies.

I learned family constellations from, among others, Bert Hellinger and trainers such as Gerhard Walper, Wolfgang Deusser, Heiko Hinrichs and Andrea Drohli. I completed a two‑year Study of Psychotherapy in the Process Psychology approach of Arnold Mindell and numerous trainings and workshops in family work, trauma and psychotherapy (Wrocław, Warsaw, Kraków, Masuria).
