Ahead of us is the final event of the Forest Running Triad: Autumn Trail, which will take place on Saturday, September 6, in Młociny Forest in Warsaw. 📅 Registration link: https://zapisyonline.pl/919-lesna-triada-biegowa Participation in the Forest Running Triad is free, but registration will be required for the main run and the Nordic walking walk. The competition office, event village, and start, finish, and recreation zones will be located near the headquarters of Urban Forests - Warsaw (Papirusów Street 3/3A, 01-973 Warsaw). The Forest Running Triad is a series of three free running events that combine sports competition with family relaxation and ecological education through workshops, games, and activities promoting Warsaw's green areas. 📋 Program: - Children's runs on routes of approximately 500 m and 1000 m (registration will be conducted on the day of the run), - Runs over a distance of approximately 5 km (youth and adults), - Nordic walking walk, - Educational workshops, games, and activities for children and families. 📅 Schedule: - 8:30 - start of the competition office and opening of deposits - 9:00 - start of children's animations - 10:15 - gathering for children's run - 10:30 - children's runs - 11:00 - main run, round I - 12:00 - main run, round II - 12:10 - Nordic walking walk, round III - 12:00 - end of competition office work - 13:00 - end of runs - 13:30 - athlete decorations - 13:30 - end of children's animations - 13:30 - closing of deposits 📅 More information: https://sport.um.warszawa.pl/szlak-jesieni-start-zapisow We invite you together with the Capital City of Warsaw and Urban Forests - Warsaw.
