Pause for a moment and give yourself time full of mindfulness, relaxation and feminine energy!
On the occasion of Women's Day we invite you to a special gathering where every woman will care for her body and mind. It's a perfect opportunity to slow down, unwind and celebrate feminine strength among other wonderful women!
Program:
- Gentle yoga to feel comfortable in your body.
- Breathing exercises and meditation to seek inner calm.
- Aromatic tea and women's conversations — a moment to relax and find inspiration.
- Gua sha facial self-massage with a stone — time for beauty, glow and deep relaxation.
Jadeite plates and almond oil are provided by the organizer; you may bring your favorite cosmetic
