The performative lecture addresses tensions between creativity, technology and power in the age of generative artificial intelligence. The starting point is the process of “feeding” algorithms, which reveals their dependence on human labor, data and attention, undermining the myth of autonomous, creative machines. Generative AI models are presented as systems that require constant fueling, in which creators become the invisible infrastructure of algorithmic production. The event is accompanied by works created before the AI era and documentation of contemporary experiments, inviting reflection on authorship, responsibility and the real cost of technological convenience.
