Rise up, my friend, for winter has passed — a women's day on GROWING

Spring reminds us to awaken from winter sleep and to grow. For that reason, on the first day of spring we invite you to a Women's Day on Growing, a time of meeting among women with the Word of God and with everyday experience - on our ordinary, sometimes winding paths.

We want to pause on what growth is. We know it is not always easy. It involves effort, waiting, struggle, and sometimes the necessity of “dying away”.

In the light of the Word of God we will look at biblical images that speak of ripening and development.

During the meeting we will reach not only for the Bible — to listen to God's voice. A workshop part will also help with reflection — you can choose between Bible Journaling or scrutiny.

We will also draw inspiration from logotherapy, which helps find meaning even in what is demanding and non-obvious. It will be an invitation to look at your own life with the question about the meaning of growth that takes place amid daily duties, relationships and challenges.

The Women's Day on Growing will also be a time to share experiences, to listen attentively and to draw inspiration from the journeys of other women.

We want to create a space where each of us — regardless of age or status — can see that she is not alone in her process of growing.
