    We invite you to a Terrifying Walk through Warsaw's Old Town. You will hear frightening stories, legends, and anecdotes that will make your hair stand on end. There will also be plenty of gallows humor. Here’s what you’ll learn on this walk: - Where was the morgue for Vistula river drownings once located? - What is the scariest version of the basilisk legend? - You’ll learn the history of the guillotine. - Which tower became a prison? - What were anatomical theaters? - What were the most terrifying old methods of execution? - What could you read about in bestiaries? - How did Tata Tasiemka become Warsaw’s Al Capone? - Who was torn apart by horses in four directions? - Why did Duchess Anna refuse to allow her brother’s funeral for 5 months? - Where was the assassination attempt on the Polish king? - How were tombstones turned into a sidewalk? - And much more… 💰 Price: pay what you wish (payment at the end of the walk).
