Talk #1: “Multi-tenancy without pain: design and best practices. Tenant Management from onboarding to observability” — Agata Skorupka
Building Tenant Management in a multi-tenant system is a design problem: defining boundaries of responsibility, tenant lifecycle, provisioning. The system must be predictable in operations so changes can be deployed without "big-bangs." In her presentation Agata will focus on design and best practices drawn from real platform tenant deployments. She will show how to design tenant lifecycle, how to build onboarding as a state machine and how to scale the system. There will also be some discussion of risks, costs and security requirements. After the talk you will know a set of concrete design principles, checklists and trade-offs that can be applied regardless of cloud and stack - from the first version of a platform to a mature production environment.
Agata Skorupka — DevOps/SysOps expert with over 7 years of IT experience, contributor to open source projects (including Kubernetes and tools in the Julia language). She has led migrations and modernizations of cloud systems, especially on AWS. For one global client she led a team that designed and implemented a multi-tenant management system presented at AWS re:Invent 2024. Head and lecturer of DevOps studies and Python Data Science Engineer at Kozminski University; speaker at e.g. DevOpsDays (Madrid, London) and HashiTalks.
Talk #2: “DevSecOps in a multicloud environment” — Konrad Sagała
A session devoted to DevSecOps — an approach that integrates security with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes on cloud platforms. You will learn how to effectively control security at every stage: from repository verification, through pipelines, to code, containers and images. During the presentation Konrad Sagała, an expert and Microsoft MVP, will show practical methods of incorporating security tools to ensure the highest protection for your applications and infrastructure in a multicloud architecture.
Konrad Sagała — since 1993 he has been designing and implementing IT systems based on various network platforms; since 1996 associated with Microsoft Windows Server platform. He currently focuses on cloud security issues (Microsoft 365, Azure and beyond). Since 2007 he has held the Microsoft MVP title, currently in the M365 and Security categories, and is an active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
