Philosophical Slam #3 Warsaw You came, you knocked, you asked, and finally, here’s the announcement! Not an answer—because philosophy shakes every answer and leaves no foolish thread intact—but a challenge as a question to a question, which sets off a game of pure “ajajaj” and “ojojoj.” This time, let’s consider—what is ENERGY? A manifestation of thought? The basis of existence? Or maybe just an illusion flowing through an electric socket? We want thinking as a joke, as an appearance and play in the visible-invisible, as a game on the world’s stage, where in the dance of thoughts, various elementals created from word, gesture, and body meet. We’re still hungry for this, and that’s why on November 27 at 7:00 PM, we invite you to the third Warsaw Philosophical Slam. 📍 Where? At DZiK! After all, the voices, images, and memories of the last philosophical rendezvous still linger there. “DZiK” obliges not only to natural things (and is there anything more natural for being in the philosophical element than a show of the power of thinking on stage?) but to the transgression of what seems obvious in excess, storm, pressure, drive, which takes the seriousness of thinking lightly in the mood of scientific piety. Because we don’t want that! In a word—IT’S ENERGY TIME! Who this time will present the topic in a way that crushes the competition, pushes boredom out the door, and does a somersault that turns the world upside down? We don’t know yet, but we do know it will be great and unforgettable! Is it you? We invite you, we invite you! And remember: SLAMERE AUDE! A handful of useful information: What is a philosophical slam? It’s an open stage where anyone—regardless of age, gender identity, or profession—can share their thoughts, ideas, or abstract philosophical visions in a short, max 3-minute form! What counts is the living word, ENERGY and the idea—that’s why there’s a rule: no reading from paper! The audience decides who advances. Format: 3 rounds: - ROUND 1 – mandatory topic: ENERGY - ROUND 2 (semifinal) and 3 (final) – any topic, only creativity counts.
