Instructors from Soham Space – Kirti Gahlawat and Agnieszka Rostkowska What is Sri Sri Yoga? - It’s an accessible practice suitable for everyone, regardless of age or experience. - Instead of acrobatic poses, it focuses on mindful asanas, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. - It helps build mental and physical resilience, calms the mind, and restores balance. The classes are free and open to everyone - bring your mat (or borrow a blanket on-site) and join us! About the instructors: - Kirti Gahlawat - leads classes on June 28, July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26, August 2 - a yoga teacher from India with over 20 years of experience, multiple international awards. She specializes in classical and therapeutic yoga. Former cultural ambassador of India in Poland and Lithuania. - Agnieszka Rostkowska - leads classes on August 9, August 23 - a Sri Sri Yoga and therapeutic yoga instructor, as well as a journalist who combines knowledge of the East with a deep understanding of the body and consciousness. She supported the Polish national kickboxing team in pointfighting preparations for the World and European Championships. She conducts workshops at the largest yoga and mindfulness festivals.
