Sto lat! polskiej piosenki", which is based on the hits of Polish music from the last hundred years. That evening, songs by stars such as Irena Santor, Maria Koterbska, Mieczysław Fogg, Anna Jantar, Krzysztof Krawczyk, Jeremi Przybora, Maryla Rodowicz, Kayah, Kombi, Zbigniew Wodecki, Skaldowie, and contemporary hits by Dawid Podsiadło, Mrozu, and Męskie Granie will be presented. This unconventional concert will be an extraordinary intergenerational journey through a century of Polish songs – from the past to the present. The sounds of well-known and beloved songs will intertwine in new, surprising arrangements. This exceptional musical spectacle will surely surprise everyone who hears and sees it. In less than an hour and a half, as many as 56 songs will be performed! Is it possible? See for yourself! Original and authorial arrangements for well-known songs were composed by Beniamin Baczewski – a renowned composer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist from the Tri-City. The youngest Polish composer with an opera staged abroad. Winner of 3 international composition competitions and laureate of several national ones. Audience award winner in the Young Creator of Culture of the City of Gdańsk poll. He creates music for theater, games, and multimedia projects. He already has 15 music albums to his credit. Live musical accompaniment will be provided by Tri-City musicians: - Beniamin Baczewski (wind instruments) - Marcin Twardowski – pianist, composer, arranger. Professionally associated with the Academy of Music in Gdańsk and the Musical Theater in Gdynia. Soloists performing in the concert: - Paula Brzóska – graduate of PPSWA D. Baduszkowa in Gdynia, finalist of the 8th edition of Must be the Music Only Music and participant of the 9th edition of The Voice of Poland. She has performed on stage with artists such as Feel and the Sound’n’Grace choir. - Mateusz Feliński – actor, vocalist, translator, graduate of PPSWA D. Baduszkowa in Gdynia, has collaborated with the Musical Theater in Poznań, Musical Theater in Gdynia, Wybrzeże Theater in Gdańsk, and recently with Platige Image and Gorgeous Entertainment/Kinoshita Group in the show "The Pilot and the Little Prince" in Katowice. He has appeared in films and TV series. He also does dubbing, is an instructor of acting songs at the Academy of Performing Arts in Poznań, and has worked with the Makroconcert concert agency. - Jakub Piprowski – actor, vocalist, graduate of PPSWA D. Baduszkowa in Gdynia, winner of the team award at the 48th Opole Theater Confrontations "Living Classics" and the President of Gdynia's award. He collaborates with Atelier Theater in Sopot, Gdańsk Shakespeare Theater, Small Theater, Baltic Theater of Diversity, Gdynia Main Theater. On the stage of the Musical Theater in Gdynia, he performed in the show "Miracle or Krakowiaks and Highlanders" directed by Michał Zadara.
