Desaster - black metal / thrash metal
Desaster is a legend of the German metal scene that since 1988 combines the rawness of black metal with the aggression of thrash. After years of performing on stages worldwide, they have earned a reputation as one of the genre's most important representatives.
The band is led by guitarist Infernal, currently supported by vocalist Sataniac, bassist Odin and drummer Hont. The group has released a number of cult records such as "Hellfire's Dominion" and "Divine Blasphemies", which have become absolute classics of the genre.
In 2025 the band returned with their tenth album "Kill All Idols", released by Metal Blade Records. This material combines the band's classic style with punk energy, proving that despite the passing years the veterans are still in peak form and take no prisoners.
