"Swan Lake" on April 26 at the Świt Cultural Centre! Classical ballet in 2 acts and 5 scenes performed by Les Ballets de Pologne tells the story of a princess enchanted into a swan by the evil sorcerer Rothbart. Only true love can break the curse on the girl, who regains human form only at night. During a hunt, Prince Siegfried sees her and falls in love with her at first sight. Rothbart does not give up and sends his daughter—Odile—to deceive the prince. "Swan Lake" is a tale of love, the struggle of good against evil, betrayal and sacrifice. The Les Ballets de Pologne version is shortened and adapted for children and beginner viewers. If you want to feel the magic of dance, moving moments and beauty, this is an excellent choice for the whole family. The performance features dancers from Les Ballets de Pologne and students from a ballet school. Fairy-tale costumes, many fantastic characters, beautiful music and colorful scenery will make the youngest viewers remember this performance for a long time.
