A ninety-minute sound session, during which the cells of the body remain under the influence of resonance with the organic, harmonious vibrations of the instruments, allows you to experience pure being in the here and now, when everything can simply happen. The session is intended for anyone who feels the need to pause and prepare for a time of change – regardless of health, physical condition, or experience; there are no contraindications except for the suggestion to exercise caution in cases of thrombosis, implanted pacemaker, or psychosis. It is worth maintaining an open, gentle mood, good hydration both before and after, possibly bringing water with you, ensuring comfort by bringing a mat, mattress or blanket, sleeping bag, extra socks, cover, your own pillow, and wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing appropriate for the temperature.
