Join us for a running training combined with functional training. We will use equipment designed for runners by 4FIZJO! - We'll start with a gentle warm-up. A combination of light running with mobilizing exercises. Plus muscle activation. - A moment of education. Presentation of the exercises we will perform. Basics and execution techniques. Purpose and effects. - Running training combined with exercises. We will run 200-meter segments, fast. The entire training will focus on learning proper running patterns and strengthening and stabilizing the running position using resistance bands. - Gentle cooldown and time for conversations.
