You are invited to aromatic workshops at Frajda Cafe.
- you will learn the basics of aromatherapy and the rules for using essential oils in a safe way
- you will discover the huge potential and power of raw materials and learn how to use them to support emotions, hormones, and even infections
- you will become familiar with the principles of scent composition and gain the courage to go beyond them
- you will make your own unique perfume according to your own recipe based on essential oils and a carrier — sweet almond oil
Cost of the workshop: 110 zł (materials provided)

Registration: Free participation is possible only for the theoretical part — registration required.

Instructor: Sara Wenta-Byster
By training a dietitian, by profession a personal trainer. Currently a full-time mother of three children, a fan of natural solutions (especially those that smell beautiful), who loves walking barefoot.
