Warsaw Sirens invite you to an open training session of the women's American football team! Do you want to feel real sports power? Are you looking for a team that supports, motivates, and fights together? Or maybe you just want to try something completely new? You don't need any experience — just curiosity and sports energy. On site, you can try both American football and flag football (the non-contact version). Football is a sport for everyone – no matter your age or body type.
