The modern board game world has grown tremendously in recent years. Entering a board game shop, bookstore or toy store can feel overwhelming — you’re hit with names like “Euro”, “Ameritrash”, “Abstract”, “LCG”, “TTG”, “RPG”, war games, battle games, dungeon crawlers, card games, tabletop games, 15-minute games and 10-hour games, campaign games, Kickstarter titles, etc. — a real dizzying variety.
Because of this, I invite you to a series of board game meetups where I’ll try to introduce this beautiful world full of fantasy and adventure, and also stimulate your gray matter.
Each meeting will have a different theme, but nothing stops you from bringing your favorite board game and showing it to others.
