About the event

Editor Stanisław Michalkiewicz, whom probably needs no introduction, will once again visit our modest premises. It has almost become a tradition that every year he visits our bookstore to meet with readers and outline possible scenarios for Poland in relation to the many world events taking place around us.

On the occasion, there will be a promotion of one of editor Michalkiewicz's newest books titled: "Jak czekista z czekistą".

The book "Jak czekista z czekistą" consists of conversations of two Jews, Piperman and Biberglanc, former "strengtheners" of the People's Power now retired. They talk about current political topics. However, these are not ordinary dialogues! They are spoken in broken Polish, specifically "żydłaczenie", and present a Jewish point of view on current politics.
