Nominate your favorite tree for Warsaw Tree of the Year 2025! 🌳 #WarsawTreeOfTheYear is a contest aimed at all residents for whom a tree is more than just a plant. The goal is to select a tree growing in Warsaw that, due to its history and species characteristics (size, circumference, age, arrangement), deserves the title of "Warsaw Tree of the Year." How to nominate a tree? - Fill out the form on the website by July 31: https://zzw.waw.pl/edukacja/w-koronach-miasta/drzeworoku/ - Provide basic information about the tree and, most importantly, your justification. The stories of nominated trees and their significance to the local community will be key in selecting the one and only – the tree of the year! 📅 When is the voting? - From all submissions, the committee will select one tree from each district to advance to the second stage – the main voting. - Voting for the finalists of the contest will take place from September 1 to September 28, 2025.
