The inauguration is the first step to participate in the program. During the event you can expect:

• an inspiring power speech by Justyna Dżbik-Kluge — director and editor-in-chief of Czwórka and Polskie Radio Dzieciom, about the courage to change and building your own career path
• a meeting with the program team and practical information about the development path in the Academy, presented by Joanna Grodzka — coordinator of the Development Academy and expert in social projects at the PFR Foundation
• workshops on self-presentation and building self-confidence with Aurelia Sobczak — theatre and film actress, public speaking trainer
• a lunch break and space for networking with other participants
