What do you need to know? - To participate in the classes, all you need is the ability to count to eight. You don’t even need a partner! Bring your friends, comfortable shoes, and have fun with us while learning new, fascinating things. What will you learn? - The basics of Bachata Sensual - You’ll gain a solid foundation that will allow you to learn more advanced combinations in the future. - Leading and following techniques - You’ll learn basic whole-body movements and the right way to move. All so you can quickly apply them on the dance floor. What can you expect? - Relaxation - Dance will become your way to disconnect from everyday worries and momentarily forget about work and personal life stress. - A big dose of endorphins - Bachata is not just steps but also new friends and lots of endorphins.
