🗓️ Workshop I — January 15 and 22 | 6:30 PM
"Talents - Your key to fulfillment"
A workshop based on the CliftonStrengths (Gallup) methodology, helping to discover natural predispositions, talents and strengths and to use them in professional and private life.

• you will learn the idea of talents and why it's worth developing them
• you will understand the Gallup methodology and its practical application
• you will take part in original exercises that reveal areas of greatest effectiveness and satisfaction
• you will define next development steps that will help turn potential into real agency

Facilitator:
Iwona Bagieńska – Formula of Genius trainer, professional coach and founder of the “Paths of Fulfillment” project. She specializes in discovering and developing unique potential, combining empathy with psychometric tools. She supports women in building authentic career and personal paths.

🗓️ January 29 and February 5 | 6:30 PM
"Active Woman"
A conscious career development workshop aimed at women who are professionally active and those returning to the labor market after a break. The meeting helps to pause and plan next career steps with greater mindfulness.

• they will look at their career path, values and ambitions
• they will identify factors that support and block development
• they will gain greater clarity in making career decisions
• they will work on building satisfaction and their position at work
• they will seek balance between potential, aspirations and real possibilities

The workshop is inspirational and developmental in nature and encourages deep reflection on the direction of one’s further career; participants will leave with a concrete impulse for further work on themselves and their goals.

Facilitator:
Maretha Żurakowska – career mentor, coach and business trainer with over 15 years of HR experience. Author of the HUMANBRAND® program, specializing in conscious career management and building professional identity. She has collaborated with market leaders and taught in MBA programs.
