Both are highly experienced dancers with backgrounds in multiple dance techniques — from solo styles (jazz, contemporary) to partner dances (bachata, salsa, contact improvisation). They are like fire and water: where Adam brings structure and clarity, Monika adds intuition, softness, and deep body awareness. As true Organic Flow instructors, they specialize in head movements, but they also love playing with rhythm and musicality. They are especially known for their work on connection and for explaining complex lead–follow concepts in a way that makes them accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
