Computer winter camp for youth – winter break 2026

Time for creativity, courage and good fun!

You will create game characters or product visualizations and short films.

We invite youth aged 13–17 to a 20‑hour 3D graphics workshop in Blender.

Blender: a free 3D application that lets you create fantastical and realistic game characters, complete scenes, and animations — combining fun with practical skills.

• February 10 (Tue) 9:15–13:30
• February 11 (Wed) 9:15–13:30
• February 12 (Thu) 9:15–13:30

Participation — you can choose:

• in-person participation: computer room no. 1, ul. Kosynierów 15B, Kraków
• online participation: connection via Jitsi (no installation required), link sent by the instructor

Organization:

• Classes conducted in 45-minute teaching units; after every two units there is a 15-minute break.
• Hot teas are available for participants during the break.

Instructor: Karolina Płaza — 3D artist, instructor at Publishing School, fascinated with discovering three-dimensional creativity in young people.

Program:

• 3D spaces and Blender’s possibilities — you will like it.
• We learn modeling and sculpting tools — you will choose your own set.
• We model real or fantastical objects — let your imagination start.
• We create textures and apply them to characters and objects.
• We build a 3D scene and light it.
• We work with the camera and its settings.
• We prepare projects for rendering and render.
• We edit short films.
• Presentation of completed projects.

Diploma: marked with the hologram "Publishing School"; for online participants we send the diploma by regular mail.

Number of participants: min. 5 persons, max. 10 persons.
