Energy integration is a process of organizing the inner space: emotions, beliefs, traumas, and blockages that we unconsciously carry. During the workshop, we work with what arises, what IS—both on the level of the body and energy. Energy is a specific quality that we feel as lightness or heaviness, calm or tension, harmony or chaos. Energy integration is the skill of returning to oneself—to a state of balance. During the workshop, we use elements of constellations to more easily see the patterns that have guided us in relationships, find their causes, and then free ourselves from burdens, regain strength, find our place, and live in harmony with ourselves. I have been working with people for 15 years. I work with the energy of truth, love, and forgiveness. I feel, I see. By being in feeling and seeing, I can guide you. I don't tell you to follow me. You can decide to walk a part of your path with me, because I strive for liberation from the limitations of being in this dimension. I can only give you as much as I have worked through myself, living in mindfulness and truth (whatever that may be). I can teach you to feel, so you know whom to follow, whom not to, and ultimately become your own guide. I am a flesh-and-blood human. Simply... I make mistakes, sometimes get caught up in emotions. But I know how to return to a state where harmony and love prevail. This is the level from which I work in workshops and individual sessions. If you want to experience change, if you want to approach the truth about yourself and the reality around you step by step, I invite you. My tool is intuition. By reading information from the space of people and places, I reach the causes of disturbances to repair the effects. I see potential and support its unlocking. I help initiate change processes and accompany the restoration of harmony. The reference point in my work with energies is always matter. It is in matter that the effects of self-work ultimately manifest.
